A question bank for the European Exam in Core Cardiology (EECC) and for cardiologists who want to stay current. Every question is built from one numbered ESC guideline recommendation and set in a clinical case, in single-best-answer format.

The coverage table on the home page lists every guideline in the bank with its year and the number of questions. It also lists the newest guidelines whose questions are still being written. We would rather show you the gaps than claim everything is always current.

Pick one guideline or all of them, choose a block size, and choose study mode or exam mode. You can restrict a block to questions you have never answered, got wrong before, or bookmarked. Progress is saved, so you can stop mid-block and resume later.

Why the correct answer is correct, why each of the other four options is wrong, and the underlying guideline recommendation with its class of recommendation and level of evidence. No searching through PDFs.

Not yet. CardioLogIQ trains guideline recommendations and the clinical decisions they govern; it is not an image-based exam simulator. If that matters for your preparation, plan for a second resource alongside it.

Your stats page shows overall accuracy, average time per question, a correct/incorrect/unanswered breakdown, accuracy per guideline, and how many questions you answered per day.

Yes. Your account syncs progress across devices — start a block on your laptop and continue on your phone.

Report it from inside the session in two clicks — you can flag the vignette, the options or the explanation and suggest a fix. Reports are checked against the source guideline and corrected. This is the fastest way to improve the bank, and it is genuinely welcome.

Seven days of full access, no daily limits and no card required. Residents and fellows at Inselspital Bern get 30 days instead — register with your @insel.ch address and it is applied automatically.

Yes, for sessions — your progress, bookmarks and statistics are tied to it. You can try a sample question on the home page without registering.
